G’Day Friend. My name is Franny.
I believe that movement in all its forms is an opportunity to practice mindfulness and a means to deepen the connection we have with ourselves, the people around us and the world we live in.
The Considered Body programming isn’t just working out or doing yoga but being in relationship with your body. Because the relationship we have with our bodies is inextricably linked to how we experience our lives.
Considered Body is here to support you with movement that fosters body wisdom and cultivates physical and mental resilience, longevity and freedom. As we move together, I will guide you on optimal form and alignment, direct your awareness towards physical sensation and continually encourage you to listen to and honour your body.
I’m here to remind you how wonderful your body is.
