Considered Body BLEND
An inspired combination of Yoga, Strength & Recovery movements in one compact class.
A Considered Body Blend practice includes a warmup flow to mobilise your joints and engage the major muscle groups before building a sweat in a pilates inspired strength circuit- Expect functional, mat based movements loaded with light to medium weights. Changing pace to finish, we slow down and stretch, giving attention to the muscles that have carried us throughout the class.

Class Styles include Upper Body, Lower Body & Core
Yoga mat. Light to Mid-Range hand held weights (Anywhere from 1KG-6KG, based on your strength foundation). Light to Mid-Range resistance bands. Ankle Weights (.5-1KG)
No equipment? No worries! Please know that props are always optional. Work with what you’ve got.
